The Mexican flag is a vertical 3 colors of green, white, and red with the national coat of arms located in the center of the white stripe. The coat of arms is a golden eagle perched on a cactus eating a snake. To Aztecs this has a strong religious feelings. They believed that the wandering tribes would find the destined site for a great city whose location would be signaled by an Eagle eating a snake while perched on top of a cactus.

Economy

Mexico has the world's 15th largest economy. Mexican economy contains modern industrial and service sectors. Mexico is an export-oriented economy. More than 90% of Mexican trade is under free trade agreements with more than 40 countries, including the European Union, Japan, Israel, and most of Central and South America. The most influential free trade agreement for Mexico is the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between the United States, Canada and Mexico. In 2006, trade with USA and Canada accounted for almost 90% of its exports and 55% of its imports.
